Kareena Kapoor just added another feather in her plum hat and this time, it’s something big.

The news has it that after much anticipation, she has finally bagged the elusive opportunity of working with her dream actor, Aamir Khan!

And the film is Rajkumar Hirani’s forthcoming film.

The news is a big one for Kareena, as she has managed to steal the ever so elusive and perfectionist Aamir Khan from actresses like Rani Mukherji, Preity Zinta and Vidya Balan.

There was some confusion in between, but last night she finally got her contract letter from Hirani’s office.

And she’s obviously delighted, because her last film with Aamir Khan which Mani Ratnam had planned, did not work out.

Amisha Patel, who recently broke off with her director-boyfriend Vikram Bhatt, was spotted with a tall, young man, rumoured to be her new boyfriend, on the first day of the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) here.

The Bollywood actress attended style guru Namrata Joshipura’s and designer duo Gauri and Nainika Karan’s show on Wednesday, flaunting a bright orange knee-length dress and a new boyfriend!!!

The actress, ,wasn’t present at the WIFW for any specific designer or fashion show.”I think all designers are equally good and I am not here for any particular designer,” she said.

However, before she could complete her sentence, her new escort pulled her away.The couple was seen cosying up during the show.

Now we wonder , is she gonna change houses or stay on in her current house, especially as matters heat up on the personal  front!!!

Of late Kareena Kapoor has getting noticed and appreciated for her new thinner looks. In fact, the actress has been on record saying that now she is aiming for a body like Victoria Beckham a.k.a Posh Spice.

She looked great in the movie ‘Jab We Met’ and the movie worked on the box-office for her less weight and thin figure. The actress Kareena Kapoor worked very hard to get rid of the extra kilos from her body and got the looks of ‘Jab We Met’ .

She had been even missing meals for getting that figure. Though all along she kept on insisting that her new Hot and Sexy Avataar was due to rigourously proactising Yoga.

Basically the looks of Kareena in ‘Jab We Met’ impressed the audience because she looked good in many scenes and she looked really unhappy with the cheek bones out during the emotional scenes of ‘Jab We Met’.

She could get the expressions of emotion well in the movie because she looked as if she lost weight because she was unhappy .

It was in news that she had left food and was on diet to get the slimmer figure.

The movie Tashan is also capitalising on her new hot and sexy look. It has scenes in which Kareena will be appearing in Bikini and it is said that Kareena needed the low weight look for those scenes also.

This sudden weight lose has ,however, affected Kareena’s health. She currently weights 45 Kg though her height is 5 Foot 5 inches. It seems as if loosing weight has been too much for Kareena and this resulted in her collapsing on the sets while shooting for a movie.

There are many stars who are working hard to get the looks that attract audience to theatres to watch them.

Sanjay Dutt is working hard to get his Munna Bhai kind of six packs Abs and Aamir already got it after working hard in gym for his latest movie Gajini. Shahrukh Khan got the Dard –E-Disco figure in 2 to 3 months.

After the last of her ” Prostitute Trilogy” as Rani affectionately calls her role in Sawariya her forthcoming film is a fantasy family drama directed by Kunal Kohli. It requires her to do dangerous sequences flying in the air as an angel.

The film reportedly inspired by the classic drama Mary Poppins (1964) requires Rani’s character to play a nanny with magical powers who looks after the kids of Saif Ali Khan’s character, a business executive.

In it, Mary Poppins ,played by Julie Andrews, is a super-nanny who looks after the kids of a cold banker. She flies in with her umbrella whenever the children are in distress and proceeds to set things right for them using her extraordinary magical powers, before flying off again.

It was the flying around that she had to do as an angel that forced Rani to grapple with wires, harnesses and pulleys, equipment you would expect Hrithik Roshan and Akshay Kumar to be more comfortable with.

“Rani underwent many rehearsals and trials for the stunt scenes. We shot on many outdoor locations in Mumbai, at Film City and inside the Yash Raj studios. At every place, we took utmost precaution. It could have been very dangerous if Rani had slipped. Thankfully, she pulled it off without retakes,” said Kohli .

Another challenge for Rani was that she had to wear the same delicate angel ensemble, designed by Manish Malhotra, throughout the film.

Amisha Patel, also in the film, faced her own challenges. She had to learn Scuba diving for underwater sequences between her and Saif, presumably the masala part of the film.

One after the other, problems come searching for Mrs & Mr Sanjay Dutt. In a new turn to the Dutt marriage saga, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and his bride Manyata have been directed by a Mumbai court to appear before it on April 1 and prove the legality of their marriage.

The Bandra metropolitan magistrate on Tuesday evening summoned the newly wed couple in connection with the hearing a case filed by Manyata’s first husband, Meraj-Ur-Rehman, who claims that he is still married to Dutt’s bride.

The court has issued notice to Dutt and Manyata, who will have to appear before the court and prove the legality of their marriage.

Rehman had said that Manyata was still married to him and the Qazi (clerk) who annulled their wedding was false. After being arrested for sending obscene messages to actresses and models,Rehman is currently in the Arthur road prison.

Sanjay and Manyata tied the knot in a registered marriage in Goa after which they got married at Mumbai as per Hindu rituals. The registered marriage, however, came under the scanner as the Goa marriage registrar’s office sent a show cause notice to Manyata. She had reportedly submitted a fake residential certificate at the time of marriage.

Following the notice, Dutt and Manyata filed an application before the Goa marriage registrar seeking to cancel their marriage, which was accepted by the registrar.

So far, Vidya Balan’s career has been rather impressive. After hits like Bhool Bhulaiya and Heyy Babyy, she will soon be seen in Aziz Mirza’s Kismet Konnection. Considering the actress is known for her wise selections, this one just might join her kitty of hits.

“Aziz uncle’s films have a language of their own,” says Vidya, “There is a certain charm to his films.”

With Vidya and Akshay Kumar’s onscreen chemistry creating waves, we wonder if she considers Akshay to be her best co-star.

What then of rumours about her relationship with Shahid Kapur?

On being asked about her reaction to the buzz about dating Shahid Kapoor she just gave a dazzling smile and said” I have been through such situations when things have been written about me and there was no iota of truth in them. I’m not affected by all this.”

She even denied dating Shahid.

She did admit that the two get along very well with each other but strongly denied that the two were having an affair. To rumours that Shahid and Vidya went to his house after the trial show of “Jab We Met” she said “That’s rubbish. I left much before Shahid did. “

It is true that Shahid had invited her for the trial show, said Vidya with a laugh, but only as a co-actor. She also confirmed that Shahid does not discuss his personal life(read Kareena) with her.

” Neither does he discuss his personal life with me, nor has Kareena messaged me after the rumours about my relationship with Shahid began floating. Nobody has asked me anything about Shahid and Kareena’s break up. Not even the television channels. And so far no hate mails from fans who want to see Shahid and Kareena reunite.”

“Honestly, I have disconnected myself from such things. I am too involved in my work. I am not giving any time and attention to my personal life.” On the possiblity that her relationship with Shahid becomes more meaningful in the future, the actress said “I am not thinking right now about what will happen in my personal life in future.”

So here is an actress in Bollywood who is very sure of what she wants and focused on getting there.

After father-daughter duo Anil and Sonam , it’s the turn of lovers Saif and Kareena to be haunted by brands.

The grapevine is abuzz with news of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor being offered a whopping 10 crore to do commercials together. After their sky-high fee for films, they will now charge an equally huge amount for ad films.

According to reports, Saif and Bebo may do ads together for health drinks, automobiles and luxury watch brands, among others. No wonder they are now being compared to David and Victoria Beckham.

Apparently, Kareena wants a body like Posh Spice so she can model for any product in the world. It remains to be seen if India’s hottest couple can come close to the Beckhams.

Since Kareena was earlier on an extended break from work, last year she was able to spend maximum time with Saif. She visited him several times while he was shooting in Bangkok and other places for his forthcoming films. But now Kareena too has got back to working and after her hit film Jab We Met, her kitty is gradually filling up as producers and directors are now keen to sign her on.

Hence now Kareena and Saif are planning ahead and trying to co-ordinate their schedules. Kareena came up with the idea of doing brand endorsements as a couple so that they can spend maximum time with each other and Saif readily agreed. A source says “Saif and Kareena are like a new couple who want to be together all the time.”

While both Saif and Kareena are being selective about the films they do, they will have to consider the script carefully even if they are offered other films together. But they have a wider choice with brand endorsements and hence they have put out feelers that they are ready to endorse good products as a couple.

So it seems that Saif-Kareena are going the John-Bipasha way of endorsing brands as a couple. Saif already endorses several brands and Kareena too has recently jumped on the brand endorsement band wagon.

Item girl Rakhi Sawant is all set to enter the A league of Bollywood with her item song for Rakesh Roshan’s “Krazzy 4″.

It is directed by Jaideep Sen and he is all praise for Rakhi, who is always in a controversy for something or the other.

He said: “Rakhi Sawant is professionalism personified. She danced for almost 12 hours with just a two-hour break in between. She was very happy to be part of the film and we are very impressed with her dance performance in this song.”

The trailers of her song “Dekhta hai tu kya” have hit the screens and the item queen is back to what she does best - scintillating songs.

Apparently Rakhi was thrilled to be approached by Rakesh Roshan since it was for such a prestigious cinema house like FilmKraft Productions

“Krazzy 4″ stars Arshad Warsi, Irrfan Khan, Suresh Menon, Rajpal Yadav and Juhi Chawla and is due for release April 11.

After his much talked about marriage to Manyata, Sanjay Dutt is in the news once again.

Six days after starting his rigorous fitness schedule with US trainer Lawrence to develop his 8-pack, Sanjay Dutt collapsed on Saturday. Dutt is getting himself ready for his next action flick, Blue.

A Mumbai tabloid reported, “On Saturday evening, Sanju baba collapsed while exercising and was asked to immediately stop his workouts.”

Baba had pulled his muscles badly while working on a particularly strenuous exercise. It was so painful that Sanju couldn’t even move his limbs.

The doctor was summoned immediately and Sanju was advised complete bedrest for a week. His wife Maanayata has been attending to him and seeing that Sanju doesn’t strain himself too much.

Since he’s not exercising for a few days, Maanayata makes sure he doesn’t put on weight and takes care of his diet as well. Currently, Sanju is on soups and salads.

Dutt confirmed, “Yes, it’s true that I injured myself while working out. I started working out after two years and pushed myself too hard. I just got too excited being in the gym after such a long time. It is extremely painful but if I want a fit body, I must be prepared to pay the price for it.

The muscles in my biceps, triceps and back are very swollen and sore but I am sure I will be fine soon, by the grace of God. I am already a bit better now.”

Though in pain, the actor says he would continue with his regime. “I will start working out from today but slowly. Though I have three months, I have to keep working out.

If I stop now, I won’t be able to start again. I have taken it a bit easy for the last year. It’s time I got back into my groove. Now that I am doing a kick-ass action film like Blue I want to be supremely fit by the time we start in June,” the actor said.

Trust Rakhi Sawant to come up with something outlandish in whatever she does, talks and even wears!

Rakhi was in the news last month for her alleged ‘break-up’ and subsequent making up by Abhishek, her boyfriend, on Valentine’s day.

The Bindaas babe was seen at an awards show of a popular radio station, in a black and silver dress.

But what shocked the living daylights out of all who saw her, was her choice to wear two different colored (black and silver) sandals!

What was Miss Sawant’s idea, to wear this weird and wacky combination of sandals, is something we don’t have an answer to.

May be, she wanted to match her black and silver dress with proper black and silver sandals.

Well guess she needs a pair of sandals to shock us, now that all her tantrum throwing ways are old wine to us.
